 General description

The BNBX trolleys are minimalist but efficient devices designed to move the BNBX0 and BNBX1 boxes we manufacture. These trolleys are ideal for use in warehouses, workshops and factories where simple and quick transfer of storage boxes is required. The trolley we manufacture is available in two sizes to suit moving two different sized storage boxes.

1. Frame:

• The trolley frame is made of steel for durability and stability.
• The frame is a simple rectangular construction that is easy to maintain and clean.

2. Dimensions:

The cart is available in two sizes to fit the two types of storage boxes we manufacture:

• Smaller size: mm x mm
• Larger size: 1120 mm x 720 mm

Both sizes provide the necessary stability and safety when transporting and moving the boxes.

3. Wheels:

• The trolley is equipped with four heavy-duty wheels that rotate easily, facilitating manoeuvring.
• The wheels are usually made of rubber or plastic, which do not leave mark.
• Two wheels can be braked for extra stability and safety during loading.

4. Load capacity:

• Trolley BNBX1: Maximum load capacity is 360 kg, designed to move the storage box BNBX1 . The amount of battery in the crate may vary, but the maximum load allowed must not be exceeded.
• Trolley BNBX0: Maximum load capacity 1400 kg, designed to move the storage box BNBX0. The amount of battery in the crate may vary, but the maximum load allowed must not be exceeded.
